At DORADO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DORADO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
